Feasibility of Obtaining Breast Epithelial Cells from Healthy Women for Studies of Cellular Proliferation

According to the authors' abstract of an article published in Breast Cancer Research and Treatment, "Increased dietary fat intake and rate of breast epithelial cell proliferation have each been associated with the development of breast cancer. The goal of this study was to measure the effect of a low fat, high carbohydrate diet on the rate of breast epithelial cell proliferation in women at high risk for breast cancer.
