Adenocarcinoma in Situ of the Uterine Cervix: The Management and Outcome

According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the Twenty-Ninth Annual Meeting of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, held February 7-11, 1998, in Orlando, Florida, "Objective: To review the evaluation and outcome of patients (pts) with adenocarcinoma (AC) in situ of cervix. Methods: A retrospective review of records between January 1988 and December 1996 identified 52 pts with AC in situ on colposcopic or cone biopsies (Bx), who had complete information; with median follow-up of 38 months (range 8-98).
