New Online Cancer Information Services Available

Two new World Wide Web sites covering gynecologic and other cancers have been launched.

The Women's Cancer Network, a project of the Gynecologic Cancer Foundation, introduced its Internet site in conjunction with the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists' annual meeting in February 1998

According to a Medical Tribune News Service article by Charles Bankhead ("Web Site Helps Women Assess Cancer Risk"), the site features a risk-assessment survey women can use to get an idea of their risk of developing breast, cervical, ovarian, or uterine cancer.
