Pharmacia & Upjohn's New Depo-Provera TV Ad Campaign Underway

Pharmacia & Upjohn announced that the company has launched a new brand-specific, direct-to-consumer television advertising campaign in the United States for Depo-Provera Contraceptive Injection (sterile medroxyprogesterone acetate suspension).

The new campaign consists of two 60-second commercials now airing in 11 major markets across the country and complement an existing direct-to-consumer print campaign running in national publications.

The new Depo-Provera ads were test-marketed successfully in four markets during 1997.
