Research on Aging Women and Public Health Endowment Announced

Aetna Group Insurance, a division of Aetna U.S. Healthcare, Hartford, Connecticut, announced a partnership with the Gerontological Health Section of the American Public Health Association (APHA) to sponsor an annual award recognizing individuals in public health research who have made a significant difference in the lives of older women.

Aetna Group Insurance and the Gerontological Health Section will bestow the Aetna Award for Excellence for Research on Older Women and Public Health to one individual winner as well as three honorable mentions each year.
