Herbal Nurse merges with Maca Source

Maca Source, Inc., entered into a definitive today to be acquired by Herbal Nurse, Inc.,

Herbal Nurse will possess all outstanding shares of Maca Source, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary.

Maca Source promotes and distributes 'gelatinized maca root' globally, a proprietary extrusion of a resilient Peruvian herb (Latin name: lepidium meyenii or lepidium Peruvianum) with the ability to survive naturally at 13,000 feet high in the Andes mountain range. Gelatinized maca made headlines last August when phase I double-blind clinical trials concluded.
