Survey: Americans need to get more creative under the covers

drugstore.com, inc. has released survey results revealing the "naked" truth about sexuality and intimacy in America.

The "Sexual Well Being" survey, which questioned Americans about their sexual attitudes and experiences, found that while it seems as though America is obsessed with sexuality, from movies and advertising to fashion runways, they rate themselves as only average lovers in bed (7 out of a possible 10).
