Cervical Ripening

Obstetric product licensed out for marketing

Cytokine PharmaSciences, Inc., (CPSI) has signed an exclusive license with Integrity Pharmaceutical Corporation for U.S. rights to market CPSI's second-generation cervical ripening product.

Cervical ripening agents are used as a first step in the induction of labor when a woman is at or past her delivery date. Through the agreement, CPSI will receive an up-front payment, milestones, and royalties. CPSI will manage all pre-NDA clinical work; Integrity will share expenses for this work.
