Art, science of developing formulations for vaginal microbicides presented

Getting a false negative because of an incorrect HIV formulation was among the many topics discussed by Gordon Dow at a presentation on vaginal topical microbicide development.

His program was hosted by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in association with the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).
