Prize for modern nutrition from the Federation of Swiss Milk Producers awarded

Dr. David McCarron, president of Academic Network LLC and visiting professor at the Department of Nutrition at University California Davis, was awarded the 2004 International Prize for Modern Nutrition

Since 1967, the Federation of the Swiss Milk Producers (SMP) has awarded the International Prize for Modern Nutrition to those making significant contributions to international research in nutrition and to further promote research work and improve publicity of major findings.

McCarron is the 37th recipient of this prize and the fourth University California Davis faculty to be so honored. Previous recipients have represented 13 countries and 31 research...
