Shape It Up program teaches New Jersey children about risks of obesity

Shape It Up, a collaboration between Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) and the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University (Rutgers), will teach thousands of elementary school students across New Jersey this school year about exercise, healthy eating, and the risks of obesity.

The Shape It Up program includes obesity intervention workshops and an interactive curriculum that includes informational materials for parents.
