Agreement to entered for purchase of infant formula manufacturing facility

Marketing and distribution company PBM Products, Inc., announced that an affiliate company, PBM Nutritionals, Inc., has entered into an agreement to purchase Wyeth Nutritionals' infant formula manufacturing facility in Georgia, Vermont.

Since 1997, PBM has been the exclusive marketer and distributor of Wyeth's infant formula products in the U.S., and PBM said in the announcement that it will continue to use Wyeth's high-quality formulations in its manufacturing process.

PBM said that the facility is the only ISO-9001-2000 certified infant formula manufacturing facility in the country, and is capable of producing 33 million pounds of powdered infant...
