Emerging Enterprise Solutions plans to change name, discusses sub's new products

Emerging Enterprise Solutions, Inc., announced its intention to pursue a corporate name change to AMCSI and symbol change to AMCS. Additionally, subsidiary Elite Ceuticals will meet its December 2004 product release schedule and just moved closer to its goal of infomercials with FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approval of 17 of the 18 health, wellness, and other anti-aging products for both men and women scheduled for December 2004 release. The 18th product, Alpha Lipoic Acid, is considered a natural product in the U.S. and does not require FDA approval. Elite Ceuticals intends to market one or more of its new products...
