Plastic surgery products manufacturer announces financial results

MediCor Ltd. (OTCBB:MDCR) announced its financial results for its first fiscal quarter ending Sept. 30, 2004. Sales for the first quarter of fiscal year 2005 were $6,143,059, an increase of 1,726% or $5,806,719 as compared to sales reported in the first quarter of fiscal year 2004. The significantly higher sales were driven by the acquisition of Eurosilicone SAS, which was completed on July 5, 2004. On a pro forma basis, sales for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2004, increased about 30% or approximately $1.4 million over the comparable prior year quarter.
