Breast cancer foundation names 2004 award recipients for scientific distinction

The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, recognized a leading private source of funding for breast cancer research, has announced the 2004 winners of its most prestigious honor, the Komen Foundation's Brinker Award for Scientific Distinction. Larry Norton, MD, OF New York City's Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), and Daniel Medina, PhD, of Houston's Baylor College of Medicine, are the 2004 recipients of the Brinker Award.
