Cancer research foundation offers cancer-fighting food tips

Experts say that the combination of stress, fatigue and high fat foods can increase your risk of cancer over time.

The National Foundation for Cancer Research published a list of the "Top Ten Tips to Take Advantage of the Holidays" that can be used to help reduce cancer risk over the holidays and throughout a normal lifestyle.

1. Skin the turkey - By removing the skin from the turkey (or chicken), you reduce the amount of fat and actually make it good for you.

2. Try a high fiber dressing - Try a wild or brown rice dressing loaded with fiber, one of the essential ingredients in a diet to deter cancer. Beans are also a good source...
