Cancer research foundation offers cancer-fighting food tips

Experts say that the combination of stress, fatigue and high fat foods can increase your risk of cancer over time. The National Foundation for Cancer Research published a list of the "Top Ten Tips to Take Advantage of the Holidays" that can be used to help reduce cancer risk over the holidays and throughout a normal lifestyle. 1.
