Urge incontinence, bladder dysfunction may indicate occult neurological disease

In young women, the presence of urge incontinence and bladder dysfunction may indicate occult neurological disease, suggest urologists. N. Rosenblum and colleagues at New York University's School of Medicine conducted a study "to determine urodynamic findings in young, premenopausal, nulliparous women with bothersome lower urinary tract symptoms and [to] assess whether or not symptoms are predictive of specific urodynamic abnormalities."
