Stem cell-focused company targets cardio patients for adult stem cell therapy

Amid a spate of clinical trials and personal accounts providing evidence that adult stem cell therapy helps restore heart muscle damaged in a heart attack, NeoStem, a company involved in adult stem cell therapeutics, announced a campaign to reach cardiac patients and others at risk of heart disease. Kicking off the campaign was a limited-time incentive program aimed at cardiac patients. Effective immediately, NeoStem will offer 10% off the collection fee for heart disease sufferers. As part of a companion education initiative, NeoStem designated an "Adult Stem Cell Awareness Day," and sent email to physicians, cardiac patients and interested others. ...
