Over a third of women have postoperative local complications in Finland

Data on women in Finland who had received cosmetic silicone breast implants show that 36% had at least one postoperative complication. "Concerns regarding potential health effects of silicone breast implants have recently shifted from long-term illnesses to postoperative local complications.
