Women's risk not increased by dietary fat and fatty acid intake

The good news is that women's consumption of fat and fatty acids in their diet doesn't appear to affect their risk of developing colorectal cancer. But before you head for the fast food joint for lunch, the perhaps not so good news, for some, is that the exception to this finding is intake of fried foods away from home. J.
