Study: Parental notification laws likely wouldn't stop teen sex

A study from the Alan Guttmacher Institute finds that laws mandating parental notification when teens seek prescription contraception wouldn't discourage many teens from having sex and most likely would result in increased teen pregnancy and incidence of sexually transmitted diseases.

Rachel K.
