Nomogram of limited value in predicting non-SLN involvement after SN+ biopsy

Data from a study by researchers in Hungary didn't validate a nomogram developed at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center for predicting non-sentinel lymph node (SLN) involvement after SLN positive biopsy. "After a positive sentinel lymph node biopsy, some patients may be considered to have a very low risk of non-SLN involvement and could be candidates for axillary sparing.
