Woman's health company creates new holding company and subsidiary

FemmePharma, Inc., has announced two changes to its corporate structure that, it says, will enable it to effectively play an expanded role in the growing worldwide market for woman-focused pharmaceutical products. The first major shift includes the formation of FemmePharma Holding Co., Inc., to house the FemmePharma operating companies and their expanding intellectual property estate.
