Soluble tumor-associated antigens have antitumor effect on mammary tumors

Vaccination with human soluble tumor-associated antigens exerted an antitumor effect on mammary tumors in rats. According to recent research published in the journal Oncology Reports, "We showed previously that soluble tumor-associated antigens (sTAA) isolated from breast cancer patients could suppress chemically-induced tumorigenesis in rats in comparison to the effect of commercial human albumin (CHA). Herein we analyze the possible mechanism of those findings.
