Cetrorelix and leuprolide acetate comparably inhibit premature LH surges

Data from an open label, randomized, multicenter study indicate that cetrorelix, a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone antagonist, and leuprolide acetate are similar in safety and effectiveness for inhibiting premature surges in luteinizing hormone (LH). The comparison was made with and without the supplementation of recombinant human luteinizing hormone in women treated with cetrorelix. M.V.
