Reports add new data to cancer genetics research

Data on cancer genetics are outlined in reports from India, Canada and the United Kingdom. Study 1: Oncologists in India report they've identified new BRCA1, BRCA2, and p53 germline mutations in breast cancer patients there. "Mutations in breast cancer susceptibility genes BRCA1 and BRCA2 account for more than 80% of hereditary breast and ovarian cancers.
