Reports advance knowledge in breast cancer research

Reports from France, the United States and Japan highlight recent research on breast cancer.

Study 1: According to a study from France, "Circulating insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) and its major binding protein IGF binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) have been associated with increased risk of premenopausal breast cancer, although risk estimates varied broadly.
