Study shows pregabalin improves symptoms

Results of a double-blind study show that pregabalin (Lyrica; Pfizer Inc.) improves symptoms of fibromyalgia. Data were reported by lead investigator Leslie Crofford, professor, University of Kentucky College of Medicine, chief, Division of Rheumatology, and the Gloria W. Singletary chair and director of the Center for the Advancement of Women's Health, in the journal Arthritis & Rheumatism.
