Illinois Governor Issues Emergency Rule Ensuring Contraceptive Access

After bringing the issue of pharmacists' refusal to fill prescriptions for contraceptives to the forefront of national debate, Planned Parenthood stood with Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich as he proposed an Emergency Rule to require pharmacies to fill prescriptions without delay.
