Mifepristone prevents premature LH surges in women undergoing COH for IVF

"Mifepristone is effective for the prevention premature luteinizing hormone (LH) surges and/or premature luteinization in women undergoing controlled ovarian hyperstimulation for in vitro fertilization," report specialists at a clinic in the Netherlands.
