NF kappa B activation identifies high-risk subset of ER-dependent cancers

Nuclear factor-kappa B activation appears to be a marker for a high-risk subset of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancers. "Activation of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF kappa B) has been linked to the development of hormone-independent, estrogen receptor (ER) negative human breast cancers," wrote Y.M.
