Enlarged waist and high triglyceride levels predict CVD risk in older women

The combination of an enlarged waist and high triglyceride levels is a strong predictor of cardiovascular disease risk in postmenopausal women, epidemiologists in Denmark report.

"Upward trends of obesity urge more effective identification of those at cardiovascular risk.
