Differing preoperative chemotherapy regimens were compared

Doxorubicin with cyclophosphamide followed by docetaxel every 21 days was compared with doxorubicin and docetaxel every 14 days as preoperative treatment. "Dose-dense and sequential administration of cytotoxic drugs are current approaches to improve outcomes in patients with early-stage breast cancer.
