Survey shows women know less about birth control pill contents than food

A new national survey reveals women pay much more attention to what's inside their food and clothing than what's inside their birth control pills. The survey was conducted in February, 2005, by International Communications Research (ICR) of 400 women between the ages of 18-35 who are currently using, or have ever used, birth control pills. As many as 74% of women know what's inside their food and 60% know what's inside their clothing, but only 15% of women know what's inside their birth control pills.
