Company's pharmaceuticals division receives chamber's Leading Edge Award

Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, the pharmaceutical division of Wyeth (WYE), announced that its Cambridge Research Campus received the Leading Edge Award at the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce annual gala in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Leading Edge Award is given annually to a Cambridge-based company or institution for demonstrating outstanding leadership and innovation in the life sciences industry. Lee F. Allen, MD, PhD, vice president, Oncology Clinical Research & Development and Cambridge site head, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
