Acustimulation wrist bands don't relieve chemotherapy-induced nausea

They may help symptoms of motion sickness and morning sickness, but unfortunately a recent study reports acustimulation wrist bands don't relieve chemotherapy-induced nausea experienced by breast cancer patients. J.A. Roscoe and colleagues, University of Rochester, evaluated "the efficacy of an acustimulation wrist band for the relief of chemotherapy-induced nausea using a randomized, three-arm, clinical trial (active acustimulation, sham acustimulation, and no acustimulation) in 96 women with breast cancer who experienced nausea at their first chemotherapy treatment."
