Cell proliferation signature linked to extremely poor outcome in breast cancer

A cell proliferation signature could be associated with extremely poor outcome in a subpopulation of breast cancer patients. According to recent research published in the journal Cancer Research, "Breast cancer comprises a group of distinct subtypes that despite having similar histologic appearances, have very different metastatic potentials.
