Review: Spontaneous premature ovarian failure isn't early menopause

An article by researchers at the U.S. National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, part of the National Institutes of Health, and published in the journal Fertility and Sterility provided an update on the management of women with spontaneous premature ovarian failure (POF). L.M. Nelson, S.N. Covington, and R.W. Rebar based their comments on a "literature review and consensus building among three clinicians with experience in caring for women with spontaneous POF," they wrote.
