Companies form alliance to offer products and services in fertility marketplace

Serono, Inc. (SRA) and Priority Healthcare Corporation (PHCC) announced the formation of a strategic alliance, under which both companies will offer the fertility market support for consumers, patients, healthcare providers and managed care organizations. Serono is focused on reproductive health and Priority Healthcare's Freedom Drug is a fertility pharmacy. Together, the companies will offer complete fertility services. Under the agreement, Freedom Drug will become the preferred specialty pharmacy for fulfillment of Serono fertility products dispensed in the United States.
