Pharmaceutical company signs agreement to distribute Botox in Hungary and Poland

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (VRX) announced that it has signed an agreement with Allergan, Inc. (AGN) to be the exclusive distributor of Allergan's Botox product in Hungary and Poland. Valeant has a strong presence in these regions and will begin distributing Botox in Hungary in July 2005 and in Poland in September 2005. Detailed terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
