Television ad campaign directed at patients with varicose veins

VNU.S. Medical Technologies, Inc. (VNU.S.) announced that it has launched a television advertising campaign to educate patients about the VNU.S. Closure system for the minimally invasive treatment of patients with venous reflux disease. The VNU.S. Closure system enables a procedure known as radiofrequency (RF) vein ablation, which employs precisely controlled RF energy to seal diseased veins, thereby allowing blood to be naturally rerouted to other healthy leg veins.
