Company changes stock symbol, parent company name to Bionovo, Inc., hires CFO

Lighten Up Enterprises International, Inc. announced that its trading symbol changed from LTUP.OB to BNVI.OB. Lighten Up's shares will continue to be quoted on the OTC bulletin board under the new symbol. The new symbol is a result of the company's recent name change from Lighten Up Enterprises International, Inc. to Bionovo, Inc. The new symbol took effect on the OTC bulletin board at the opening of trading on Friday, July 1, 2005.
