Adverse drug reaction research advances have been reported from the United States and United Kingdom. Study 1: A host of benign gynecologic conditions are associated with tamoxifen use by women in the Breast Cancer Prevention Trial of the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project, researchers report. E. Chalas and colleagues, Long Island Women's Cancer Center, Smithtown, New York, determined incidence of benign gynecologic conditions occurring among women with an intact uterus at enrollment in the Breast Cancer Prevention Trial of the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project.
