Study emphasizes importance of bone loss in rheumatoid arthritis

A recent study from Brazil emphasizes the importance of early detection of bone loss in rheumatoid arthritis. In a recent report, researchers in Brazil assessed "bone mineral density (BMD) status in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Rheumatoid factor-positive premenopausal women with RA meeting the American College of Rheumatology criteria were enrolled." According to T.F.
