Glutaredoxin's role in estrous cycle and postnatal development defined

A study from Spain has reported on the expression of glutaredoxin (Grx; thioltransferase) in the rat ovary during the estrous cycle and postnatal development. "Grxs are low-molecular-weight proteins which participate in redox events in association with glutathione and are involved in a variety of cellular processes.
