Company announces the launch of Exactacain

Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., announced that its first internally developed product, Exactacain, a topical anesthetic, has been launched with its commercial partner, HEALTHPOINT, Ltd. Exactacain and a second topical product are the subject of a licensing agreement with HEALTHPOINT that was announced in January, 2005. Collegium developed the product, filed a patent application, and is managing the manufacturing at a third-party manufacturer. HEALTHPOINT's marketing team and sales force are responsible for the commercial launch and all subsequent post launch activities for the product.
