Follow-up for breast lump with normal mammogram examined

The extent of follow-up needed for women with a breast lump and a normal mammogram was recently examined. "Many women experience a breast lump. Clinical guidelines suggest that a normal mammogram result alone is not adequate to exclude a diagnosis of cancer," researchers in the United States report. J.S.
