German laboratory establishes U.S. subsidiary, names Robert Silverman president

mtm laboratories AG, a developer of diagnostic products for the early detection of cancer, announced the incorporation of a U.S. subsidiary in Westborough, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston. The subsidiary, mtm laboratories Inc., is wholly owned by mtm laboratories AG, Heidelberg, Germany. It will be headed by Robert Silverman, who will serve as president. For the past 18 months, Silverman has provided strategic management consulting services to mtm through his company, RS Consulting.
