GHRH antagonists may hold promise for treatment of prostatic, mammary tumors

Growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) antagonists may hold promise for the treatment of prostatic and mammary tumors. According to a study from Spain, "Growth-hormone-releasing hormone receptor (GHRH-R) mRNA [messenger ribonucleic acid] and protein was first localized to the anterior pituitary gland, consequent with the action of its ligand on GH synthesis and release.
