Researchers publish new studies and findings in the area of breast cancer

New findings from the United States and Portugal describe advances in breast cancer. Study 1: Histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors might enhance the apoptosis-inducing potential of tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL). "HDAC inhibitors induce differentiation and/or apoptosis in a variety of cell types by activating transcription of target genes.
